NBCC Bags ₹220.31 Crore Work Orders Across Bengaluru, Maharashtra and Telangana

NBCC (India) Limited has added fresh work orders to its portfolio, strengthening its presence in institutional and educational infrastructure projects across multiple states.
Details of New Orders
NBCC (India) Limited has received three work orders with a combined value of approximately ₹220.31 crore, excluding GST.
The largest order, valued at about ₹163.12 crore, involves planning, design and execution of the head office annex building for Canara Bank at Rachanahalli Village in Manyatha Tech Park, Bengaluru. NBCC has been engaged as the project management consultant for this assignment.
The company has also secured 2 education-related projects from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. These include construction of a boys’ dormitory with four warden residences at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Jalna, Maharashtra, valued at about ₹9.01 crore.
The development of a permanent campus at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Medchal, Malkajgiri district of Telangana, valued at around ₹48.18 crore. Both projects are to be executed under the project management consultancy model.
Project Mix and Geographic Spread
The latest orders reflect a diversified project mix, spanning banking infrastructure and residential facilities for educational institutions.
The assignments are spread across Karnataka, Maharashtra and Telangana, adding to NBCC’s execution pipeline in different regions.
