Upcoming NFOs: 5 Mutual Funds and One SIF Open for Subscription This Week (September 7-11, 2026)

According to The Economic Times news report citing ACE MF data, 5 mutual fund schemes and one Specialised Investment Fund (SIF) are scheduled to open for subscription between September 7 and September 11, 2026. 

Among the five mutual funds, four are passive funds, and one is an active fund. The SIF will follow an equity long-short strategy. 

Axis And Kotak Funds 

The Axis Nifty500 Low Volatility 50 Index Fund will open for subscription on September 8, 2026. The NFO will close on September 22, 2026, with a minimum application amount of ₹100. 

The Kotak Multi Sector Omni FOF will also open on September 8, 2026, and close on September 22, 2026. The minimum application amount for the scheme is ₹1,000. 

Mirae Asset Information Technology Fund 

The Mirae Asset BSE Information Technology Index Fund will open on September 9, 2026. The subscription period will end on September 22, 2026. 

The minimum application amount for the fund is ₹5,000. The scheme is among the four passive funds being launched during the week. 

Altiva Equity Long-Short Fund 

The Altiva Equity Long-Short Fund is set to open on September 10, 2026, and close on September 24, 2026. It is the SIF among the six new offerings. 

The fund will follow an equity long-short strategy. Its minimum application amount is ₹10 lakh, which is the highest among the six funds opening this week. 

Shriram Gold ETF Passive FOF 

The Shriram Gold ETF Passive FOF will open for subscription on September 11, 2026. The NFO will remain open until September 24, 2026. 

The minimum application amount is ₹500. The fund is one of the passive schemes included in this week's new fund offerings. 

JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund 

The JioBlackRock Balanced Advantage Fund will also open on September 11, 2026. Its subscription period will close on September 25, 2026. 

The minimum application amount for the fund is ₹500. This is the final fund in the list of five mutual fund schemes opening during the week.
