On October 14, 2024, Sensex rose 0.73% to 81,973.05 and Nifty50 rose 0.66% to 25,127.95. ONGC, Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Steel, Bajaj Finance and Adani Enterprises were the top losers in Nifty50.

On October 14, 2024, Indian stock market indices, the BSE Sensex rose by 0.73% to close at 81,973.05. The Nifty50 on the other hand, closed at 25,127.95 up by 163.70 points (0.66%).

- Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) share price opened at ₹292.70 and touched the day’s low at ₹285.15. The stock closed at ₹286.55, showcasing a 2.05% drop.
- Maruti Suzuki India’s share price saw a 1.77% drop, closing at ₹12,551.
- Tata Steel dropped 1.48%, closing at ₹158.29, a drop from its previous close of ₹160.66, with an intraday low of ₹158.04.
