Real estate major Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced the incorporation of Adyanta Constructions Private Limited (ACPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mithra Buildcon Private Limited, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunteck Realty.
The incorporation, effective October 29, 2025, marks another strategic move by the company to strengthen its project development and construction capabilities.
Key Development
According to the company’s filing with the stock exchanges, ACPL will operate in the real estate and construction sector, focusing on development and allied infrastructure activities. Mithra Buildcon has subscribed to 10,000 equity shares of ACPL with a face value of ₹10 each, aggregating to ₹1 lakh in cash consideration.
The company confirmed that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction and that no promoters or group entities have any interest in it. No regulatory or government approvals were required for the incorporation, the filing stated.
