Highway Infrastructure
Highway Infrastructure received an order worth ₹220.66 crore from the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority. The contract covers user fee collection and toll plaza operations on the Gorakhpur Link Expressway, along with the deployment of four patrol-cum-safety vehicles and required personnel.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders signed a memorandum of understanding with National Shipbuilding & Heavy Industries Park Maharashtra to participate as the Anchor Shipyard in the proposed Greenfield Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster at Dighi, Maharashtra. The proposed shipyard is planned to have an annual shipbuilding capacity of at least 1.2 million gross tonnage.
G R Infraprojects
G R Infraprojects has issued a notice of termination to NTPC for the project EPC package related to battery energy storage system implementation at NTPC’s Mouda Super Thermal Power Station.
Fortis Healthcare
Fortis Healthcare has signed definitive agreements with Seth Sunder Lal Jain Charitable Eye Hospital to provide healthcare services at a 400-plus-bed super-speciality hospital in Ashok Vihar, New Delhi. The hospital is expected to commence operations in three to four years.
Venus Pipes and Tubes
Venus Pipes and Tubes has decided to allot 22.27 lakh equity shares to 18 investors at ₹1,670 per share through a preferential allotment. The issue will raise ₹372 crore.
Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals
Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals has appointed Sanjeev Kumar as Managing Director with effect from September 9. His tenure will run for five years.
ITC
ITC has increased the prices of two cigarette brands. The price of Classic Connect in a pack of 20 has risen to ₹428 from ₹390, while Gold Flake Superstar in a pack of 10 has increased to ₹89 from ₹79.

Infosys announced the expansion of its Indore Development Centre to strengthen its presence in Central India. The expanded centre will focus on artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and next-generation digital services.

Peak XV Partners Investments VI-1 sold 9.17 crore equity shares of Billionbrains Garage Ventures, representing a 1.46% stake, for ₹1,756.2 crore at ₹191.49 per share.
Groww Mutual Fund acquired 4.75 lakh shares of Kanohar Electricals, representing a 0.6% stake, for ₹35.2 crore at ₹740.38 per share.
First Bridge India Growth Fund acquired an additional 6.03 lakh shares of Glass Wall Systems India, representing a 0.68% stake, for ₹12 crore at ₹198.75 per share. Authum Investment & Infrastructure, CSIM India Opportunities Fund 1 and S I Investments Broking also purchased shares in the company.
New Listings
