Bharat Forge Ltd
Bharat Forge has launched its qualified institutional placement with a floor price of ₹1,947.70 per share. The company may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price for the issue. The QIP size is expected to be around ₹2,000 crore, according to reports.
InterGlobe Aviation Ltd
IndiGo has revised charges for excess baggage, infant tickets, travel arrangements for unaccompanied children and its Fast Forward priority service. The excess baggage charge has increased to ₹800 per additional kilogram from ₹700. Infant tickets will now cost ₹3,000 compared with ₹2,000 earlier, while Fast Forward will cost ₹650 instead of ₹500.
Petronet LNG Ltd
Petronet LNG has approved a proposal to incorporate a 50:50 joint venture with Gruner Renewable Energy Private Limited. The venture will establish 10 compressed biogas plants, each with a capacity of 18 MT per day, across the country. The estimated capital outlay for the project is ₹1,200 crore.
Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL)
BEL has secured additional orders worth ₹648 crore since August 26. The orders include laser-based IR jammers, communication equipment, cybersecurity solutions, thermal imagers, transducers, AI-based software solutions, TR modules, upgrades, spares and services.
GPT Infraprojects Ltd
GPT Infraprojects has received an order worth ₹483.72 crore from Rail Vikas Nigam for the construction of railway bridges. The order adds to the company’s infrastructure project pipeline.
Federal Bank Ltd
Federal Bank’s Board has approved the establishment of a medium-term note programme for an amount of up to $500 million. The programme will provide the bank with an additional avenue for raising funds in the debt market.
PTC India Ltd and NLC India Ltd
PTC India, together with NLC India Renewables, has incorporated a joint venture company named NIRL PTC Renewables. The venture will collaborate and explore opportunities, including the development of green energy projects. PTC India will hold a 26% stake, while NLC India Renewables will own 74%.
NLC India Ltd
The government has approved the appointment of Prasanna Kumar Acharya, Director (Finance), as Chairman and Managing Director of NLC India for a five-year term effective September 17. He has relinquished his role as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the company with effect from the same date.

Wipro has launched Wipro STO360, a solution developed in collaboration with Aramco and SAP. The solution is designed to help asset-intensive organisations modernise and manage shutdown, turnaround and outage activities more efficiently.
PB Fintech Ltd
PB Fintech has denied market speculation regarding the resignation or stepping down of Yashish Dahiya, Chairman, Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer. The company said the speculation was false and baseless. Dahiya has confirmed that he has no intention of resigning or relinquishing his responsibilities and will continue in his current role.
Veegaland Developers Ltd
Veegaland Developers is scheduled for its mainboard listing today. The listing will be closely watched as the company begins trading on the stock exchanges.
Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd
Orissa Minerals Development Company reported a standalone profit of ₹3.45 crore for the first quarter, compared with a loss of ₹2.78 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue increased 47.9% to ₹28.6 crore from ₹19.4 crore.
