LTIMindtree and Shopify Join Hands to Set Up AI-Led Commerce Centre of Excellence

LTIMindtree has entered into a partnership with Shopify to establish an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Commerce Centre of Excellence (CoE). The initiative is to provide enterprises with tools and frameworks for digital commerce using Shopify’s platform.
LTIMindtree Interactive’s Role
The project will be led by LTIMindtree Interactive, the agency unit of LTIMindtree. This division works with enterprises and chief marketing officers to support digital transformation in commerce and marketing.
Shopify’s Contribution
Shopify, used by millions of merchants worldwide, will provide the base infrastructure for the CoE. The platform offers businesses the ability to set up, scale, market, and manage online operations across different sectors and sizes.
Areas of Focus
The CoE will address multiple aspects of digital commerce:
- Building AI-led commerce capabilities for enterprises.
- Developing industry-focused accelerators to shorten go-to-market time.
- Providing migration toolkits to facilitate the transition from legacy platforms to modern systems.
- Creating large-scale training programs to upskill employees.
- Working on co-investments for new integrations and digital capabilities.
According to the press release, the companies stated that the CoE is intended to support enterprises in preparing for the changing demands of the digital economy. By combining technology and commerce platforms, the centre will work on solutions that can operate at scale and adapt to rapid market shifts.
