Jinkushal Industries Makes Modest Market Debut with 3% Listing Premium

On October 03, 2025, Jinkushal Industries made its stock market debut with a modest premium of around 3% over its IPO price, despite robust investor interest that saw the issue subscribed 65.10 times during the bidding window from September 25 to 29.
Ahead of its public offering, Jinkushal Industries had raised ₹35 crore from anchor investors. The company intends to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue to bolster its working capital and for general corporate purposes.
Jinkushal Industries Listing on NSE and BSE
Jinkushal Industries shares were listed at ₹125.05 apiece on the NSE, reflecting a 3.31% premium over the upper end of the IPO price band of ₹115–121. Similarly, on the BSE, the stock opened at ₹125, translating to the same premium. Following the listing, the company’s market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹479.83 crore.
