IRFC Board to Consider Q2FY26 Results and Interim Dividend on October 15

Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. As per the exchange filings, the agenda includes the consideration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
Financial Statements for Review
Alongside the quarterly and half-yearly earnings, the board will review the company’s cash flow statement and the statement of assets and liabilities as of September 30, 2025. These documents will provide a detailed account of the company’s financial performance during the period.
Interim Dividend Proposal
The board will also decide on the declaration of an interim dividend for FY2025-26. If approved, shareholders whose names appear in the records on October 24, 2025, will be eligible for the payout.
Trading Window Closure
As per regulatory requirements, IRFC’s trading window has been closed from October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting. This is to ensure compliance during the financial reporting period.
IRFC Q1FY26 Earnings results
In Q1 FY2025-26, IRFC reported a net profit of ₹1,746 crore, up 11% from ₹1,577 crore in the same period last year. Total revenue stood at ₹6,915 crore, a 2% rise from ₹6,766 crore a year ago. Sequentially, profit increased by 3.8% compared to ₹1,682 crore in Q4 FY2024-25, while revenue rose 2.8% over ₹6,723 crore in the previous quarter.
