GRSE Interim Dividend Record Date Today on Nov 11: What Does This Mean for Shareholders

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) fixed Nov 11 as the record date for the dividend, and the company will pay an interim dividend of ₹5.75 within the statutory timeframe.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers said in an exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on Tuesday, 04 November, 2025 has declared an Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 @ ₹5.75/- per equity share of face value of ₹10/- each, amounting to ₹65.87 crore, out of profits of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, the Board of Directors has fixed Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 as the Record Date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26.”

GRSE Dividend Record Date: What Does This Mean for Shareholders?

As GRSE has set Nov 11 as the record date for its interim dividend, this means that Nov 10 marked the last day to buy GRSE shares to become eligible for the interim dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after Nov 11 (record date) won't be eligible for the interim dividend.
