As per the disclosure, the contract involves the execution of civil works for the Balance of Plant (BOP) area under the 2x800 MW Phase-III expansion of the Mahan Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project. The project will be executed over a period of 24 months from the commencement date of work.

The order value stands at ₹260.47 crore, excluding applicable taxes. The work has been awarded by a domestic entity, Adani Group, and does not involve any related-party transactions. Project Location and Capacity
The Mahan Ultra Supercritical Thermal Power Project is a large-scale power generation facility. The ongoing expansion (Phase-III) is to add 2x800 MW capacity to the existing setup in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. The civil works contract awarded to Goel Construction covers essential components of the plant’s non-core operational infrastructure.
