GMDC Shares to Trade Ex-Date on September 18: Final Dividend of ₹10.10

On Sep 18, 2025, GMDC shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹10.10 final dividend.
GMDC Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board of Directors r recommended dividend of Rs. 10.10 per equity share of Rs. 2 each for financial year ended on 31st March 2025. The company has fixed 18 September 2025 as Record Date for payment of Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting for FY 2024-25.”
