The order has been awarded by Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, a domestic entity. Crompton Greaves clarified that neither the promoters nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity. It also stated that the order does not fall under related party transactions.
Contract Specifics
The company specified that the project involves the installation of off-grid solar water pumping systems under the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana. These systems are intended for agricultural use and fall under Component B of the PM KUSUM B scheme being implemented in Madhya Pradesh.
