About Adroit Industries (India) Limited
Adroit Industries (India) Limited was originally established as a partnership firm, M/s Adroit Industries, under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. The business was subsequently restructured into a corporate entity and now operates as Adroit Industries (India) Limited, engaged in the manufacturing of driveline and torque-transmission components and assemblies.
The company specialises in the design, manufacturing and supply of propeller shafts, cardan shafts, driveshaft assemblies, yoke components, flange components, shaft components, universal joints, CV double cardan systems and various other driveline products. As of February 28, 2026, the company offered more than 5,000 stock keeping units (SKUs) catering to diverse customer requirements across automotive and non-automotive sectors.
Adroit operates a vertically integrated manufacturing model that covers key production processes including die-making, forging, heat treatment, machining, assembly, balancing and finishing. Its manufacturing operations are supported by facilities located in Dewas, Pithampur and Sanwer in Madhya Pradesh, enabling end-to-end control over production and quality.
The company serves customers across industries such as automotive, commercial vehicles, construction equipment, mining machinery and industrial applications. Its customer base includes organisations such as Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited, BEML Limited, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology India Private Limited and several other engineering and equipment manufacturers.
In addition to its domestic operations, Adroit has established an international presence through exports to global markets. The company’s growth strategy focuses on expanding manufacturing capacity, enhancing operational efficiency, broadening its product portfolio, strengthening customer relationships and increasing its presence in international markets.
